My first introduction to Miss Jones was in early 2021 through a recommendation from a professor at Troy University. She had worked with him on a new website for the Artists’ Guild of Montgomery, Alabama. I drove to Troy, interviewed her, and asked if she wished to submit a proposal to the Columbus Artists’ Guild in Columbus, Georgia. Upon receiving the proposal both the board and I were impressed. It was professionally done, clear and concise, and her bid was very reasonable. Although this would be her first solo job constructing a website, she was undaunted. We had confidence in her and went forward with the project.

Since few of our board members knew much about web design, we formed a small committee and they asked that I be the liaison so that Ashley would not have to deal with multiple input. This worked to everyone’s advantage. It had been some time since I was involved in creating a site and had forgotten most of what I had known, or it had become obsolete. Ashley was very kind and patient. I told her the information we wished to provide and the tone of that message in describing the mission and vision of our organization. She asked pertinent and thought-provoking questions, some of which I would not have thought of on my own. Together we created the basic structure. It is standard, but she helped me create two sub-menus specific to our needs. It was a formidable quest, and we experienced many small challenges along the way, but working together, we conquered each one.

I found Miss Jones to be very organized and even though the process was at times arduous, she was always on top of things. She is a very hard worker and sensitive to client needs and deadlines. She did not miss a one.

Another admirable quality in her is her obvious care for the client and their needs. She was very responsive, and her kind heart showed through. Probably my most enjoyable experience was how much fun the process was, and her creativity managed to keep up with my wild ideas. She was even able to match my request of having classical music automatically begins the minute someone accessed the site. She also found workarounds to solve the problem of us not being able to access our old .org site due to the lone administrator being unavailable. She is a little wizard, and fun to work with!

The final product has been met with great acclaim and fantastic responses from all who have seen it. We also entered a monthly maintenance contract with her, and she has been right on time with every request. My heartiest recommendation.
